Vegan, Gluten-Free, Kosher Hot Sauces

Since all of our hot sauces are made only of vegetables, fruits, vinegars and sea salt, (with the exception of the Honey Bee Hot of course) they are all considered Vegan.  No animal products nor animal by-products are in nor have come in contact with our hot sauces other than Honey Bee Hot.

Since none of our hot sauces are made with grain products, they are all gluten-free.  

Since all of our hot sauces are made only of vegetables, fruits, vinegars and sea salt, they are all considered kosher (with the exception of the Honey Bee Hot of course) .  No animal products nor animal by-products, dairy or grains are in nor have come in contact with our hot sauce (with the exception of the Honey Bee Hot) . They are not blessed by a Rabbi, but are kosher nonetheless.

Since all of our hot sauces are made only of vegetables, fruits, vinegars and sea salt, they are all considered Halal.  No animal products nor animal by-products, nor alcohol are in nor have come in contact with our hot sauce.  (with the exception of the Honey Bee Hot of course) 

As far as we know, none of the peppers, fruits or other vegetables are those where GMO is even an option, and/or are from GMO-using suppliers.  GMOs that appear on tables are generally grain products and not common hot sauce ingredients.

Our products do not contain any monosodium glutamate (MSG) 

We purchase much of our produce from places like Whole Foods and HEB Central Market, and a good portion of it is certified organic.  However, much of the peppers especially are not always labeled organic.  So, we cannot claim organic always, but we always strive for the highest quality raw ingredients!

Since all of our hot sauces are made only of vegetables, fruits, vinegars and sea salt (with the exception of the Honey Bee Hot) , none of these common allergens should be a problem.  We only make hot sauce, so cross-contamination from these allergens is not possible.
